Max + Krista ~ Engaged! | Utah Wedding Photographer

I am SO happy for these two! They have waited awhile to find each other and they couldn't be more perfect! We trampled through the weeds (hoping to not find any rattlesnakes) only to be scared by bees. :) Max is SO thoughtful and was always making sure Krista was ok. They were a little nervous in front of the camera but I think I was able to make them relax and to just have fun with it. :)
I can't wait to see you two married in just a few short weeks! It's going to be fabulous!
We shot all these up Emigration Canyon. They had their first date up here at Ruth's Diner and they were engaged there also. I LOVE when a location means something. So great! And, of course, we had to get a few shots at the diner. :)
See? You couldn't even tell they were nervous. :) Congrats, you guys! I'm SO excited for your upcoming wedding. It's going to be beautiful.

Hillstrom Family ~ Large Group | Utah Family Photographer

I was stoked when this family told me that had connections to Morinda Gardens and we could do their family session there. It is BEEEAUTIFUL and I had a fabulous time shooting this beautiful family. I LOVE how they coordinated with a pop of yellow. Loved it! They were all SO nice too! Let's be honest. Large family photos are NOT the easiest and a lot of photographers won't do them, but they made it seem easy! Thanks, guys!
Gotta have a grand-kids shot. At least they're all looking!

Brooklyn~9 Years Old | Utah Child Photographer

Same time, same place as my daughter's photo shoot. These 2 are good friends and have birthdays a week apart so we always do their sessions at the same time. It works out nice! But it goes to show that even though we were in the same location the pictures can look so different with a different personality. :)
Here's cute Brooklyn who I've known since she was born. You are so beautiful...

Jake + Rachel~Married | Utah Wedding Photographer

This post has been a LONG time in coming...and I won't say how long. ;) I was a second shooter for this wedding which was kinda nice for a change! Way less pressure and I got to capture different moments than when you are the main photographer. I had a lot of fun.
Rachel's dad is cousins with my husband. :) Did you get that? And I couldn't be happier for her! She married a wonderful guy. The type of guy I want my girls to marry. He was SO sweet and came from an awesome family. It gave me hope for my girls' future. They were married in the beautiful Bountiful Temple. I was only there for the temple pictures and it was marvelous!
Ok so do you see what's written on her shoes? Just Married. I LOVE IT!! They matched her wedding colors too. Her shoes kind of remind me of my shoes on my wedding day. I wore Vans and they were comfy!

My Little 9 Year Old | Utah Kid Photographer

One of the many things that I love about being a photographer is getting to photograph my own kids. I make it a priority to do a birthday shoot for them. It's fun to go out just the two of us and have a good time...although, Brinley was kinda mad at me during the shoot. I kept teasing her about her fake smile. FINALLY, at the end she got it!!
Oh! And I've been DYING and searching for this location for years and I finally found it this year (with some help from some sweet friends)! The poppies come out around her birthday so it was the perfect time to do her session here!
This picture she looks so much like me without her glasses! Now that's crazy when you can see it yourself!
Not too happy here, is she? :)
She's growing up to be quite the beautiful, young lady! I can't wait to see what's in store for her future.  Love you, Brin!
